1. Return
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item:

Is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Comes in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.

Is accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Sale items, customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
2. Exchange
Need a different size, color, or style? Exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt. Exchange items must meet the same requirements as our return policy.
If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps for a smooth process:

Provide Information: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with instructions.

Return Items: Package securely and ship to the provided address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing: Once received, we inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Notification will be sent when complete.
4. Refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection:

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items).

Gift card or store credit purchases will be refunded as store credit.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact info@lulusmagicnie.com immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping. Please provide photos for faster processing.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, but the item may be returned according to this policy.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
